Roles & ResponsibilitiesElicit, analyze, document, and manage business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirementsMaintain and update issue overviews (DRQ, DQI, KYC remediation, etc.)Collaborate with product owners, architects, project managers, and stakeholdersAnalyze and design new or improved business processesDefine detailed product requirements, functional specifications, and use casesSupport definition of metrics and performance goalsEnsure clear transition of requirements to design and development teamsTranslate requirements into test conditions and expected resultsManage requirements traceability and impact analysisParticipate in quality and design reviewsPlan and execute the business analysis strategy across the project lifecycleCoordinate with internal and external delivery teamsAct as liaison between business and technical teamsSkillsStrong experience in Business Analysis within banking and financial securityProfound knowledge of KYC and AMLAdvanced MS Office skillsAdvanced Microsoft ExcelAdvanced Microsoft PowerPointStrong analytical and conceptual thinkingStructured and methodical approachProblem-solving mindsetAbility to work independentlyStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsQuality-focused with attention to detailGoal-oriented and adaptable to change
