Where no two days are the same.Your RoleAs a SCADA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining SCADA systems that ensure reliable monitoring and control of industrial processes. You will work at the intersection of IT and operational technology, creating solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, and control across industrial environments.In this role you will play a key role in:Designing and configuring SCADA systems to monitor and control industrial processes effectivelyDeveloping intuitive HMI screens and dashboards that provide operators with clear visibility of process dataWorking with sensors, PLCs, and other field devices to ensure proper integration with SCADA systemsImplementing and managing alarm systems to alert operators of critical process deviationsConfiguring data collection, storage, and reporting systems to support operational decision-makingCollaborating with IT and automation teams to ensure system security, performance, and reliabilityYour ProfileYou have 2-5 years of experience in SCADA development or industrial automationYou possess either an IT background with strong interest in automation or an automation background eager to deepen SCADA expertiseYou are fluent in Dutch and EnglishYou have basic electrical knowledge, including the ability to connect and disconnect sensorsYou are familiar with networks, Windows environments, and databasesYou demonstrate knowledge of PLCs, OPC UA, and scripting languages (advantage)You are a problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detailWhat you'll love about working hereWell-being Hub: The global Well-Being Hub connects employees across various facets of well-being: work-life balance, working hours and network growth.Hybrid working: We encourage flexibility when it comes to when and where works gets done.
