We zoeken advocaten die dan ook gebeten zijn door M&A transacties.Dit is wat we te bieden hebben:Behandelen van overnamedossiers van A tot Z, Letters of Intent, due diligence, opstellen overnamedocumentatie, closing documenten enzovoortAdviseren in verband met corporate structuren en implementeren van vennootschapsrechtelijke reorganisatiesOpstellen van een ruime waaier van vennootschapsrechtelijke documenten die verband houden met het reilen en zeilen van een vennootschap, zoals bijvoorbeeld inbrengen, openen van bijkantoren, dividenduitkeringen, fusies, splitsingen of vereffeningenAdviseren in verband met corporate governanceEn...mee bouwen aan het Monard Law van de toekomst, samen met een team van uitstekende advocaten.Profiel:Master in de rechten aan een Belgische universiteitEen buitenlandse ervaring en/of een Manama vennootschapsrecht is een troef1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring in Corporate M&A, bij voorkeur in een groter kantoor of een corporate niche kantoorGoede talenkennis Nederlands-Engels is vereist; een goede talenkennis Frans is zeker een plusTeamplayerOndernemend type, grote drive, oplossingsgericht en pragmatisch ingesteldGevoel voor humor en een gezonde dosis relativeringsvermogenBij Monard Law verdient iedereen in het team een plaats.
