Data AnalystPermanent | Hybrid | Antwerp (2 days on-site)We are looking for a Business Data Analyst / Power BI expert with a strong business mindset who can confidently work with senior stakeholders. This role is about more than dashboards: you will translate business questions into insights and communicate them clearly to management, including C-level stakeholders.What you'll doBuild and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reportsWork with SQL for data analysis and reportingManage and improve ETL processes to ensure high data qualityCollaborate closely with the business and C-suite to define KPIsPresent insights in a clear, non-technical way to support decisionsWhat we're looking forAt least 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis or BIStrong hands-on expertise in Power BI (Certifications are a bonus)Solid experience with ETL and data preparationVery good SQL skillsFluent DutchStrong communication skills and proven stakeholder managementClear business mindset - this is keyInterviews will begin week commencing 2nd Feb, quick and efficient process.Start ASAPDutch Mandatory
