You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets and timelines, and act as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams. Your role will involve strategic planning, risk management, and driving operational excellence in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.The Role & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Program Director and collaborating with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include:Leading large-scale engineering projects in a GMP-regulated environmentDefining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goalsManaging budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryCoordinating internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and accountabilityImplementing risk management strategies and resolving technical challengesEnsuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standardsPreparing and presenting progress reports to senior stakeholdersDriving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across projects.Key Challenges & ImpactStrategic Influence: You will play a pivotal role in shaping engineering solutions that directly impact production capacity and compliance in a highly regulated environmentComplex Stakeholder Management: Balancing priorities across global teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Innovation Under Constraints: Delivering projects within strict timelines and budgets while integrating cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practicesOperational Excellence: Your leadership will ensure projects meet stringent GMP standards, safeguarding product quality and patient safety worldwide.Skills & QualificationsYou hold a Master's degree in Engineering or related fieldYou have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector ideallyProven track record of delivering complex engineering projects in GMP environmentsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, or equivalent)Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SAP, or similar)Fluent in both English and FrenchRecruitment ProcessInitial screening with Olivia Braszko, our Talent Acquisition SpecialistThe second step is a Technical interview with our Engineering Director, Yves Le GoffFinal discussion with the Director, Alexandre Ivankovich.If you are passionate about leading complex projects and want to make an impact in the pharmaceutical industry, we'd love to hear from you
