As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex engineering projects within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets and timelines, and act as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams. Your role will involve strategic planning, risk management, and driving operational excellence in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The Role & Responsibilities Reporting to the Program Director and collaborating with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include: Leading large-scale engineering projects in a GMP-regulated environment Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Coordinating internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and accountability Implementing risk management strategies and resolving technical challenges Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior stakeholders Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across projects. Key Challenges & Impact Strategic Influence: You will play a pivotal role in shaping engineering solutions that directly impact production capacity and compliance in a highly regulated environment Complex Stakeholder Management: Balancing priorities across global teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Innovation Under Constraints: Delivering projects within strict timelines and budgets while integrating cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices Operational Excellence: Your leadership will ensure projects meet stringent GMP standards, safeguarding product quality and patient safety worldwide. Skills & Qualifications You hold a Master's degree in Engineering or related field You have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector ideally Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects in GMP environments Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, or equivalent) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SAP, or similar) Fluent in both English and French Recruitment Process Initial screening with Olivia Braszko, our Talent Acquisition Specialist The second step is a Technical interview with our Engineering Director, Yves Le Goff Final discussion with the Director, Alexandre Ivankovich.
