Senior Agile Scrum MasterWe are looking for a Senior Agile Scrum Master for a mission of 56 working days to support development teams in a complex IT environment, with a strong focus on value delivery and team autonomy. You will act as a key Agile facilitator, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.Responsibilities : Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) ;Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of Scrum and Agile practices ;Coach and support development teams to increase autonomy and Agile maturity ;Act as an interface between development teams, technical leads, business stakeholders, and external parties ;Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization ;Identify, manage, and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies ;Promote incremental value delivery, quality, and continuous improvement ;Monitor Agile KPIs and contribute to process optimization (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects ;Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach certification (required) ;Strong expertise in Scrum and solid knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, and Lean ;Good understanding of IT technical environments ;Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills ;Proven ability to work in complex and multi-stakeholder environments ;Fluent in French (native level); basic knowledge of Dutch is an asset ;Experience in the public sector is mandatory.About us : Aubay is an international IT services agency founded in 1998 who advises companies on their digital transformation.
