Team player.YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIESOrganize & follow-up day-2-day organization through ceremonies e.g. daily stand-up, retro, and tools e.g. dashboard TPResponsible for sprint planning, estimating and allocating activities within the Scrum team- Supporting the SD/FA in their task of explaining the context of the developments that need to happen and in their decisions regarding prioritiesManaging the backlog (list of tasks to be performed)Bank-wide planning, Quarterly Agile PlanningShare feedback with IT PMO on how to improve processes, training, tooling, ... and share best practices, experience, ... with SM colleagues and IT PMO through e.g. CoP,Requirements Looking for a Scrum Master, with ideally 5 years experience as scrum master in a singular position (preferably not combined position of analyst/project manager). In total they would need to have 8+ years of working experience.This person has the habit of working in Agile environment, has a hands on attitude (being heavily implicated in the story slicing, refinements, sprint planning, daily standups,...) and has preferably experience working in the Banking/Financial sector.Next to this, they need to speak one of the country languages (Dutch or French) + have a very good level of English.They also need to be Scrum Master Certified.
