Asset Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry
Practical information:

Inoxperience is looking for an experienced Asset Project Manager to join one of our clients, a leading international biopharmaceutical company, and support complex drug development programs within a global and cross-functional environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines and budgets aligned with overall program objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across clinical development, medical, regulatory, market access, manufacturing, safety and commercial teams
- Lead scenario planning and impact assessments to support strategic and governance decision-making
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, opportunities and mitigation actions
- Provide clear and transparent reporting on project status, milestones, budgets and key deliverables
- Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment between global stakeholders
- Support the adoption of project management best practices and agile ways of working
- Identify and remove operational barriers to ensure successful delivery of program objectives
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical or related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare industry
- Experience supporting drug development programs across clinical development, regulatory and/or pre-launch activities
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in complex cross-functional environments
- Experience collaborating with global and culturally diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess risks and drive projects through to completion
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Project Management certification or formal training is considered an advantage
