They are multi-faceted people who have a good knowledge of the day-to-day workings of an organization and certainly have a great ability to analyse different aspects of business operations.They combine analytical rigor, curiosity, and people-centric thinking to support organizations from C-level strategic design all the way to hands-on implementation.They work on Target Operating Models, organizational design, process optimization, and transformation programs, making change meaningful, structured, and sustainable.OK, BUT MORE PRECISELY? THEY SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH THEIR TRANSFORMATION JOURNEYUnderstanding and analyzing organizationsAssess current organizational structures, governance, and rolesAnalyze end-to-end processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies & improvement leversConduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support recommendationsDesigning the Target Operating ModelCo-create future-state org designs with C-level leadersDefine roles & responsibilities, governance frameworks and reporting linesClarify capabilities, competencies and workforce needsTranslate strategy into an actionable blueprint for executionSupporting implementation & adoptionDevelop transition plans, process improvements and implementation roadmapsFacilitate workshops, working sessions and stakeholder alignmentPrepare clear, sharp and engaging presentations for leadership teamsCoordinate change activities, communication, training and readinessDriving impact at every stepTrack results, monitor risks, and ensure alignment across workstreamsChallenge status quo with a constructive and analytical mindsetBuild trust with internal and client teamsContribute to continuous improvement and long-term sustainabilityAnd of course...Onboard, coach and inspire younger consultants as you growSupport internal initiatives, methodology development & knowledge sharingOK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?You hold a Master's degree in a field you enjoy: Economics, Business, Engineering, HR/Organizational Studies, Public Administration, Psychology, Finance... we're quite open.You speak English and French, German or Dutch.And ideally, you have experience in one or several of the following:Organizational design / Target Operating Model / governance / workforce planningTransformation projects or PMO activitiesProcess mapping and process optimizationBusiness or strategic analysis (quantitative & qualitative)Building strong, sharp, executive-ready presentationsManaging or coordinating project deliverablesWorking with multiple stakeholders in a structured, professional wayBUT WAIT, IF BY ANY CHANCE...You're humbleYou're pragmatic and result-oriented"We" matters more to you than "I"You're fun to work with... then we already want to talk to you.
