Title: IT Infrastructure Operations Manager Location: Onsite in Belgium Our client is a global biotech company based in Belgium that pride themselves on an exciting innovative environment that will ensure continuous company growth. To strengthen their on‐site technology operations, we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Operations Manager with a strong service delivery background and deep experience in regulated environments.This role is ideal for someone who has led teams before but still enjoys being hands‐on, visible, and directly involved in day‐to‐day operations.Responsibilities: Lead and mentor an on‐site support team, setting the standard through hands‐on involvement.Oversee end‐to‐end IT infrastructure support across desktop technologies, base building technology, and on‐site operational systems.Drive high-quality service delivery using ITIL and ITSM best practices.Manage and optimise workflows in ServiceNow.Coordinate with multiple vendors and equipment providers, ensuring timely delivery and integration of specialised equipment.Build strong relationships with users and stakeholders to create scalable, user‐centric processes.Requirements:10+ years in IT operations, service delivery, or infrastructure support roles.Proven leadership experience while remaining hands-on and operationally engaged.Background in service desk / service delivery within a highly regulated industry.Experience supporting organisations during transition, scale-up, or multi-site expansion.Strong understanding of desktop support, building technology, and on-site infrastructure.About Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
