We're Hiring: Head of Site IT Operations - northwest BelgiumAre you a hands-on IT leader with a passion for operational excellence and user experience?We're looking for a dynamic Head of Site IT Operations to oversee business systems infrastructure and desktop technology across our campus (5+ buildings and growing). This is a high-impact, on-site role where you'll lead support teams, manage rapid scale-up, and ensure seamless service delivery in a fast-paced, regulated environment.What you'll do:Own IT operations across base building and desktop techLead on-site support teams (internal & external)Resolve issues quickly and proactivelyPrepare for rapid scale and expansionBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and usersWhat you bring:10+ years in IT operations & support leadershipService desk/service delivery backgroundExperience in regulated industries (ideally life sciences)Fluent in Dutch or French (Dutch preferred)ServiceNow, ITIL/ITSM expertiseOn-site 5 days/week (8am–5pm)Soft skills that shine:Fast, responsive, and adaptableStrong coordination and relationship-buildingAble to pivot and prioritize in a dynamic environmentLocation - northwest Belgium Start: ASAP Language: Dutch preferred Life sciences experience a plusInterested?
