We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to manage comprehensive IT operations for our Brussels office part-time. This role encompasses end-user support, system administration, vendor management, and cybersecurity responsibilities.Required Skills & ExperienceCore Technical CompetenciesEnd-user Support: Windows/Mac workstation setup, configuration, and troubleshootingSoftware Licensing: License management, SaaS contractsSecurity Solutions: ESET antivirus deployment, management, and policy configurationPassword Management: 1Password administration, user onboarding, and user trainingAdministration: Google Workspace management (user accounts, permissions, security settings)Backup Solutions: Implementation and monitoring of backup systems, disaster recovery proceduresAsset Management: IT inventory tracking, hardware lifecycle management, procurement coordinationCybersecurity & ComplianceSome experience with security awareness trainingUnderstanding of access control principles and permission auditingData security and sharing permissions managementBasic cybersecurity best practices and incident responseVendor & Service ManagementTelecommunications management (experience with Proximus or similar ISPs preferred)Third-party vendor coordination and relationship managementIncident logging, tracking, and resolution with external support providersService level agreement (SLA) monitoringFinancial & AdministrativeIT budget planning and trackingCost management and vendor invoice reconciliationPurchase order processing and approval workflowsPreferred Qualifications3-5 years of IT support experience in a small to medium-sized organizationExperience working in a Belgian business environment (understanding of local vendors and practices)Fluent English (we have an international team)Additional language skills (French or Dutch) are advantageous but not requiredFamiliarity with GDPR compliance requirementsKey CompetenciesStrong customer service orientation with excellent communication skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersProactive problem-solving approachOrganized and detail-oriented with good documentation habitsComfortable working independently and managing multiple prioritiesAdaptable to changing technology environmentsTypical ResponsibilitiesProcure, configure, and deploy new computer equipmentProvide day-to-day technical support to office staffMaintain relationships with external IT service providersManage and monitor all software licenses and subscriptionsConduct security awareness training and manage cybersecurity platformsEnsure reliable internet connectivity and resolve telecommunications issuesPerform regular backup verification and permission auditsMaintain accurate records of IT assets and configurationsManage IT budget and track technology expenses ContactPlease send your CV to jobs@ipify.app quoting the job reference ITSUP
