We're hiring: Area Partner ManagerEMAsphere is a fast-growing Belgian B2B SaaS scale-up, specialized in financial reporting and performance management solutions for large enterprises.Our growth strongly relies on a powerful partner ecosystem including advisory firms, integrators, resellers, data providers and banks. To further strengthen and scale this ecosystem, we are looking for an Area Partner Manager.Your roleAs an Area Partner Manager, you will play a key role in EMAsphere's growth strategy.Your mission is : Develop and scale existing partner relationshipsIdentify, onboard and grow new strategic partnershipsYou will own the partner relationship end-to-end, with strong business impact and a high level of autonomy.What you'll doIdentify, qualify and onboard new strategic partnersBuild long-term, value-driven relationships with existing partnersDefine and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans with partners to generate qualified leadsCo-create marketing and lead generation initiatives (webinars, events, workshops, campaigns)Act as the main point of contact for partners: enablement, alignment, engagement and follow-upFor selected partnerships, manage the full end-to-end sales cycle with the end customerMonitor partner performance, deal flow, customer quality and retentionTranslate partner feedback into actionable insights and continuous improvementsWork closely with Sales, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing and Services teamsWho you areYou hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related fieldYou have minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS environmentYou have a proven track record in building, developing and managing partnershipsYou are comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environmentsYou are results-driven, autonomous and relationship-orientedYou are fluent in Dutch and EnglishWhy join EMAsphere?A high-growth SaaS scale-up with real career opportunitiesA strategic role with direct impact on company growthA high level of autonomy and trustA collaborative, people-first and performance-driven cultureAn international and dynamic working environment
