Area Sales Manager Central EuropeOn behalf of Spiromatic, a leading international provider of integrated ingredient handling and fermentation systems for the industrial baking industry, we are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager Central Europe.Spiromatic designs and delivers tailor-made automation solutions for the industrial baking industry. The systems support manufacturers of bread, rolls, buns, cookies, pizza, tortillas, pancakes, waffles and more, enabling efficient, hygienic and highly automated production.With decades of industry expertise and a strong focus on innovation, Spiromatic partners with customers on complex, high-impact investment projects that deliver long-term operational value. To support continued growth in Europe, the company is strengthening its commercial team.The RoleAs Area Sales Manager Central Europe, you will be responsible for developing and expanding Spiromatic's presence across the region, with a particular focus on German-speaking markets. You act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through complex investment decisions and building long-term partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow sales with existing customers and new prospects across Central EuropeDrive solution-based sales for complex, long-cycle CAPEX projectsManage the full sales process from initial contact through contract signatureWork closely with Sales Support Engineering to ensure technically sound and commercially profitable proposalsBuild and maintain long-term relationships within the industrial baking and dough processing industryDevelop and manage a strong and sustainable sales pipelineRepresent Spiromatic at international trade fairs and industry eventsProvide structured market feedback and insights to management and sales & marketing teamsYour ProfileUniversity degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of international technical B2B sales experience, preferably within industrial equipment or food processingProven experience with long sales cycles and high-value CAPEX projectsStrong analytical skills and a consultative, solution-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and negotiation skillsResults-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targetsWillingness to travel up to 50% within EuropeFluent in German and English; Dutch is an assetComfortable working with CRM systems and digital collaboration toolsWhat Spiromatic OffersA senior sales role with high autonomy and responsibilityExposure to complex, technically advanced automation projectsA collaborative international environment with strong engineering supportCompetitive salary package aligned with experience and performanceLong-term career development within a growing, future-proof industryInterested?For a confidential discussion, please contact:Yasmine Mataryasmine.matar@crossint.eu
