We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (min. 5 years) to join a strategic banking project supporting both business and IT stakeholders. The position requires strong analytical skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to operate in a multilingual environment.ResponsibilitiesDrive requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability across the project lifecycleCollaborate with product owners, architects, and SMEs to shape business and functional requirementsDesign new business processes and define detailed use casesTranslate requirements into test scenarios and support UAT preparationMonitor requirement coverage and contribute to quality reviews of deliverablesCoordinate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementationAct as the main point of contact for business stakeholdersRequired SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business AnalystFluent in French, and English (spoken and written). Dutch is an assetStrong command of conceptual modeling techniques (UML/BPMN)Solid knowledge of MS Office, IT environments, and testing processesProven experience with requirements management tools and practicesStrong analytical thinking, autonomy, and attention to detailProfessional experience in an environment using Agile/Scrum methodologieBanking experienceConditionsLocation: BelgiumHybrid work: 50% remote / 50% on-siteIf you're a structured and autonomous Business Analyst ready to contribute to strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment, feel free to apply
