As a Commercial Business Analyst you are responsible for gathering financial, commercial and operational data as well as assessing and analyzing it. You help to improve the efficiency of our store operations. The end goal is to provide financial insights that help in the decision-making process, and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you are part of the commercial team. You will work closely with the stores, the Store Network Operational Manager and the other departments at the head office.

**JOBDESCRIPTION**
**As a Commercial Business Analyst you will be responsible of the following**:
- Creating a detailed business analysis, improving internal and external reporting
- Distributing weekly and monthly sales and financial KPI information
- Outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business
- Budgeting and forecasting of turnover objectives and staff cost, as well as planning and monitoring them.
- Super user of the retail planning tool
- Providing guidance and/or instruction to store teams concerning store turnover objectives, efficient planning of working hours, staff cost and other financial KPI’s
- Supporting auditing processes
- Ad hoc analysis
**PROFILE**
- You have experience in a similar role
- You are fluent in Dutch and you have a good spoken knowledge of French and English
- You have a very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel
- You have strong written, oral and analytical skills
- You are customer-oriented, data driven and focused on details
- You are a team player who performs well when working independently
- You are creative and a real problem solver
