Together, we shape the evolution.Day-to-Day Responsibilities You ensure that all payroll transactions are processed efficientlyYou collect, calculate, and enter data in order to maintain and update payroll informationYou compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wagesYou calculate employee's social security taxes and employer's social securityYou guarantee the execution of salary paymentsAct as a SPOC for all questions of employees and managers regarding social law, salary, illness, holidays, time registration, insurances, etc.You take into account the monthly and annual requirements vital to achieve a complete and accurate resultYou maintain payroll operations by following group policies and proceduresFollow-up insurance related files: longtime illnesses, registrations for group and health insuranceManage complex cases in the time registration systemYou will report to the Payroll ManagerWho Are We Looking ForHigher Degree in HR or related fieldsFluent in English with a good command of French and DutchAt least 3 years relevant experience in payroll administrationStrong knowledge of national social security regulations and payroll practicesProficient with time registration systems and payroll softwaresAnalytical mindset and problem solver, ability to handle complex time-registration cases and data integrity issuesAbility to deal with demanding stakeholders and employees acting as SPOC for payroll topics explaining payroll policies to non-experts; solid communication skills.Shape the evolution.We are pushing towards the next frontiers of payments technology, and we look for big thinkers to join our journey.
