Hiring: M&A Lead (Deal Origination & Execution) | Flanders, Belgium | Buy & Build (Insurance Brokerage Roll-Up | FLEMISH SPEAKERS ONLY We're partnering with a fast-scaling insurance brokerage platform in Belgium (aggressive buy & build / roll-up) looking to hire a Flemish-speaking M&A professional to lead end-to-end M&A activity.This is a high-impact role with real ownership across the full deal cycle — from sourcing proprietary opportunities through to closing and integration handover.What you'll do:Lead deal origination across the Flemish region (proprietary sourcing, broker relationships, pipeline building)Own full deal execution: valuation, negotiation, due diligence, IC materials, and closing coordinationManage advisors (legal, accounting, DD) and run multiple deals in parallelWork closely with senior leadership to shape M&A strategy and prioritisationSupport handover into post-merger integration to ensure smooth outcomesWhat we're looking for:Fluent Flemish (Dutch) & English is essentialProven experience in M&A / corporate development / transaction services / investment banking / PEStrong commercial instincts and ability to build relationships with founders/ownersComfortable working in a high-velocity environment with multiple live dealsHands-on, pragmatic, ownership mindset Location: Flanders (Belgium) (hybrid depending on the business) Package: Competitive (base + bonus; details shared directly)Interested or know someone great?
