For one of our clients, an international organisation based in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Business Planning Coordinator (Interim) to replace a departing team member. The role will be offered as an interim contract running until 31 December 2026.The team is seeking a professional who can ensure continuity and high-quality support within the Business Planning function.Purpose of the RoleThe Business Planning Coordinator will support the Head of Section and two Managers by providing comprehensive administrative, organisational and coordination support. The role is key to ensuring the smooth functioning of the department, which supports senior governance bodies across a wide range of activities.The position requires someone comfortable working in an executive-level environment, able to handle incoming requests with discretion, diplomacy and professionalism, and to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Section and two ManagersManage incoming requests, priorities and follow-up actions with discretion and efficiencyMeeting & Event CoordinationOrganise and support meetings, events and webinarsCoordinate logistics, agendas, participants and documentationEnsure timely follow-up and clear communicationAdministrative & Financial CoordinationSupport procurement and financial processes, including contracts, invoices and approvalsCoordinate with external suppliers and internal support servicesDocumentation ManagementMaintain, update and structure departmental documentation on SharePointEnsure information is accurate, accessible and up to dateInternal CollaborationBuild strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholdersContribute to smooth coordination across departmentsProfile & RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant experienceInitial experience in an administrative, coordination or executive support roleTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Teams and SharePointLanguagesExcellent written and spoken EnglishCompetenciesStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsProfessional communication and stakeholder managementHigh level of discretion and confidentialityDiplomatic, service-oriented and reliableComfortable working in an executive and governance-driven environmentAbility to manage multiple requests and deadlinesContract DetailsContract type: InterimDuration: Until 31 December 2026Location: Brussels
