Nexeo is looking for a DevOps Coach (Expert Level)To support the transformation of IT ways of working, we are looking for an experienced DevOps Coach to help product development teams gain maximum autonomy in developing, testing, deploying and releasing applications.You will play a key role in driving DevOps best practices, coaching teams end-to-end across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and continuously improving delivery performance.Our offerYou will work as a consultant on large-scale IT transformation initiatives.Challenging assignments in complex and modern IT environments.Long-term opportunities combined with continuous learning and coaching impact.Hybrid way of working.Possibility to work on diverse projects and shape your career as a DevOps expert.Your roleAs a DevOps Coach, you will:Coach and support product development teams in adopting DevOps and Agile best practices.Analyze current ways of working and help teams define and implement continuous improvement plans.Improve team deliverables through coaching and hands-on support on:Software craftsmanshipBDD / TDDCI/CDValue Stream MappingAgile TestingGherkin (DSL)Trunk-based developmentIdentify and resolve key process pain points.Act as a bridge between development teams and tooling teams, ensuring effective use of platforms and tools.Collaborate with other DevOps Coaches across squads and tribes.Technical environmentCI/CD & automated deployment platformsCode quality & security scanning toolsTest automation, performance testing & test management toolsCollaboration & release management toolsDevelopment platforms: Java, JavaScript, iOS, AndroidYour profileStrong development background combined with proven coaching experience.Solid end-to-end understanding of the SDLC.Extensive experience working in or with Agile development teams.Hands-on experience with:Continuous build, integration & deployment systemsJava development and build toolsSource control (Git / SVN) and artefact repositories (Nexus)Automation & scriptingExperience with Agile frameworks, impact mapping, story mapping and example mapping.Experience with large IT organizations is a plus.Knowledge of Sonar, Fortify, Docker, Kubernetes, mobile development tools is a strong plus.LanguagesEnglish: very good (working language)French and/or Dutch: strong plusSoft skillsStrong coaching and mentoring mindsetExcellent communication and influencing skillsProactive, autonomous and solution-orientedTeam player with strong networking skillsCurious, optimistic and continuous learnerComfortable in dynamic and multicultural environments Interested or open to new opportunities?Send us your CV and let's discuss#Nexeo #Hiring #DevOpsCoach #DevOps #Agile #CICD #SoftwareCraftsmanship #ITTransformation #TechJobs #Consulting #Engineering #Belgium
