Their people are our most important asset, so they are committed to well-being in the work environment through various initiatives – think of development opportunities, autonomy, involvement, teamwork, and a decent fun factorWat ga je doen?You contribute to the business development of the Africa Region.You will commercially develop and quote Africa projects.You manage your team's performance in order to achieve the defined KPIs.You are responsible for handling and distributing all required documents and reports to the shipping area.You prepare complete quotations for LCL/FCL/RORO/Breakbulk shipments, including door-to-door solutions (commercial cargo only) (Export 99% & Cross-trade 1%).You take operational ownership of certain Key Accounts & Projects from A to Z.Wie ben jij?You have solid experience in freight forwarding within Sea Freight.
