Jouw rolAls Internal Service Desk Engineer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor NowJobs-medewerkers bij technische en functionele vragen over onze app, desktopomgeving, back-office en data. Je zorgt ervoor dat problemen snel en correct worden opgevolgd, zodat iedereen efficiënt kan blijven werken.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden.Ticketbeheer & prioriteiten stellenJe monitort inkomende tickets in ons service desk systeem (Jira) en bepaalt de urgentie op basis van impact en SLA's.Eerste analyse & diagnoseJe onderzoekt of een issue technisch, functioneel of gebruikersgerelateerd is en verzamelt alle nodige informatie.Oplossen & escalerenJe lost eenvoudige problemen zelfstandig op (toegang tot systemen, data-vragen, basis troubleshooting) en escaleert complexere cases naar 2nd line of gespecialiseerde teams met duidelijke documentatie.CommunicatieJe houdt collega's proactief op de hoogte van de status van hun tickets en verwachte oplostijden.DocumentatieJe registreert oplossingen en verbeterpunten zodat onze kennisdatabank continu groeit.Rapportering & verbeteringJe analyseert terugkerende issues en geeft input aan product- en technische teams om processen en systemen te verbeteren.Wie ben jij?Je bent sterk in probleemoplossing en kan goed prioriteiten stellen.Je communiceert helder en empathisch, in het Nederlands én Engels.Je hebt ervaring met ticketing systemen (zoals ServiceNow, Jira of gelijkaardig).Je beschikt over basiskennis van apps, desktopomgevingen, SQL en back-office tools.Je blijft rustig onder druk en kan meerdere tickets tegelijk beheren.Mooi meegenomenErvaring in IT support of helpdesk.Kennis van mobile app troubleshooting.Affiniteit met het NowJobs-platform (of een gelijkaardig ecosysteem).Kennis van het Frans.Wat bieden wij?Een sleutelrol in een snelgroeiend techbedrijf met impact.Nauwe samenwerking met busines, product en IT teams.Veel ruimte om te leren en je verder te ontwikkelen binnen IT en operations.Een open bedrijfscultuur met korte lijnen en toffe collega's.Een competitief loonpakket met extra voordelen.Overtuigd?Dachten we wel.Of je vult het sollicitatieformulier in en Penelope contacteert je binnen de twee werkdagen.Of je stelt je vraag per mail naar werkenbijnowjobs@nowjobs.be.
