Notre client, acteur reconnu dans le secteur des loisirs et de la restauration, recherche un(e) Comptable de gestion afin de renforcer son département Finance & Contrôle.Vous intégrerez une structure en croissance, à l'environnement stimulant, où esprit d'équipe et rigueur opérationnelle vont de pair. Sous la supervision directe du Responsable du Contrôle de gestion, vous serez d'abord impliqué(e) dans les opérations comptables courantes, avant de prendre progressivement part à des missions d'analyse, de reporting et d'audit interne.Vos responsabilités principales :Encodage comptable des opérations quotidiennes (caisses, banques, écritures de journal)Vérification de la correspondance entre chiffres d'affaires et comptabilitéSoutien à la préparation des clôtures mensuellesAnalyse des flux de trésorerie (cash-in/cash-out)Préparation de rapports internes et tableaux de bord (avec appui du service data)Participation à la conformité réglementaire : audit interne, contrôles AML (anti-blanchiment)Collaboration transversale avec les équipes IT, comptabilité fournisseurs et salleProfil recherché :Diplômé(e) en comptabilité (bachelier minimum)1 - 2 ans d'expérience en comptabilité générale ou analytiqueFrançais (C2), Anglais ou Néerlandais (B2)Bonne maîtrise d'Excel (TCD, formules, analyse de données)Appétence pour les outils ERP (la connaissance de D365 est un atout)À l'aise dans un environnement opérationnel et en mutationEsprit analytique, rigueur, proactivité et envie d'évoluerSens du contact, bienveillance, capacité à gérer des échanges avec des interlocuteurs variésConditions proposées :CDIRémunération jusqu'à 3.000 € brut/moisPackage d'avantages extra-légaux : Chèques-repas, éco-chèques, assurance hospitalisation, 26 jours de congés annuels, télétravail 2 jours/semaine, horaires flexibles, possibilité parking privé + proximité transports (Tram, Bus, Gare)Cadre de travail : Management évolutif & humain, équipe soudée et dynamique , projets concrets, interactions multi-départements, réelles perspectives d'évolution vers un rôle de Contrôleur de gestion junior Pourquoi postuler ?Vous rejoindrez un environnement stimulant et structuré, où chaque mission permet de monter en compétence.
