The team drives the development and management of digital solutions that support the shift to sustainable energy, including smart metering, local energy production, energy communities, and electric mobility. You will lead IT projects that empower customers, public administrations, and vulnerable groups to better manage and optimize their energy consumption.Responsibilities:Lead the full project lifecycle: initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects following established Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks.Coordinate studies, RFIs, and RFPs during project initiation and identify key stakeholders.Define project plans including scope, deliverables, timeline, resources, and governance.Assemble and manage motivated, high-performing project teams in collaboration with team managers.Oversee supplier contracts at an operational level, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual agreements.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests; analyze impact and implement corrective actions.Monitor project budgets and ensure resources are efficiently allocated to meet objectives.Ensure seamless deployment of new functionalities into production, maintaining service availability and consistency.Facilitate knowledge transfer to operations teams for smooth "business as usual" post-launch.Support post-go-live monitoring, evolutionary improvements, and corrective maintenance of implemented solutions.Must-Have Qualifications:Project Management Certifications: PRINCE2, Scrum Master.Experience: Minimum 10 years in senior IT project management roles.Strong background in IT projects, particularly ERP implementations.Proven experience managing project budgets.Expertise in Scrum & Agile methodologies and SDLC.Cloud experience: Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.Experience working with JIRA and handling RFP processes.Sector experience: Energy industry preferred.Languages: Fluent in English; fluent in French or Dutch with very good understanding of the other.What We OfferAt Kronos by EPSA, you don't just take on a job – you build a career.A tailored career development path supported by our Centre of ExcellenceExposure to diverse and challenging projects with top-tier clientsThe possibility to grow into leadership roles (People Manager, Business Consultant, Coach)Recognition for your impact and contributionsAnd of course, an attractive salary package with exceptional benefits:Company car or mobility budgetMobile phone subscriptionMeal vouchers (€8/day)Eco vouchersFlexible working with 2–3 days remote work per weekComprehensive health insuranceLaptop & state-of-the-art toolsMonthly net allowances in addition to your salaryFlexible collaboration for freelancers – work on exciting projects via freelance contracts while being supported by our international network.Are you ready to lead strategic projects and make a real impact?Apply today and join the Kronos success story
