SII Belgium is looking for a Quality Engineer to support our clients in industries such as aerospace and defense. In this role, you will contribute to the achievement of quality excellence across the full life cycle of products, projects, and services. Acting as a key interface between stakeholders, you will ensure compliance with requirements, manage non-conformities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.SII Belgium, part of the European SII Group with 16,000+ experts, supports leading companies in adopting innovation and digital transformation. We're also proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work.As a Quality Manager, you will ensure that quality objectives are met and that risks are managed effectively at every stage of execution.Key Responsibilities:Monitor quality performance through objective data (KPIs such as OTD, OCD, NCRs, etc.);Manage non-conformities internally and with customers, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions;Ensure requirements are properly considered and products/services comply with contractual and regulatory expectations;Promote quality methods such as problem-solving, root cause analysis, risk analysis, AMDEC/FMEA, and lessons learned;Analyse deviations and risks, anticipate impacts, and propose preventive and corrective solutions;Contribute to supplier quality assurance, from selection and qualification to performance evaluation and risk control;Verify compliance with quality processes across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery activities.Your Profile:Master's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Project Quality, or Supplier Quality, ideally in an industrial or engineering environment;Strong knowledge of quality methods and tools (audits, NCR management, risk analysis, AMDEC, problem-solving, etc.);Experience in supplier quality and/or project execution is a strong plus;Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;Fluency in English and French.Why join SII Belgium?Work on challenging assignments with leading clients in aerospace, telecom, defense, and other high-tech industries;Be part of an international group with 16,000+ experts across Europe;Benefit from a competitive package, career development opportunities, and continuous training;Join a team where collaboration, innovation, and personal growth are encouraged.If you're passionate about quality and want to make an impact on strategic projects, we'd love to meet you.
