Ansell is looking for a Vice President, FP&A and Corporate Finance to join our team in Brussels, Belgium

In this enterprise leadership role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Financial Officer and a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, shaping how Ansell plans, forecasts, measures performance, and turns financial insight into confident business decisions. You will lead global FP&A and corporate finance capabilities, guide a broad network of regional and operating finance partners, and play a central role in modernizing Ansell's finance function through sharper analytics, scalable processes, automation, and disciplined performance management.

What your role will be?

  • Lead enterprise strategic planning, annual operating planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance management cycles with rigor, pace, and accountability.
  • Act as the CFO's primary strategic finance partner and a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, translating complex financial and business dynamics into clear, actionable insights.
  • Partner with the CFO, Investor Relations, and senior leaders on external guidance, Board reporting, enterprise financial narratives, and key strategic priorities.
  • Build a modern, forward-looking analytics capability that strengthens decision-making across revenue, gross margin, OpEx , CapEx , cash flow, and enterprise resource allocation.
  • Champion a data-driven and self-service analytics culture across global finance, upgrading reporting, tools, systems, and processes to improve scalability, accuracy, speed, and insight generation.
  • Oversee enterprise finance business partnering across commercial, product, supply chain and corporate functions.
  • Co-lead a multi-year finance modernization agenda focused on process excellence, standardization, automation, digitization, and scalable operating models.
  • Own and drive the FP&A and finance business partnering transformation agenda, balancing enterprise priorities with the practical realities of regional and operating finance teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global FP&A organization, including direct and indirect reports, while building bench strength, succession plans, and future-ready analytical capabilities.
  • Contribute as a senior member of the Finance Leadership Team, helping shape global finance strategy, priorities, investment decisions, and execution discipline.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA or related advanced degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant corporate FP&A, enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management experience.
  • At least 5 years of people leadership experience with a strong track record of building, growing, mentoring, and leading high-performing global finance teams.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams and Boards within a global, publicly traded company environment.
  • Deep business and financial acumen across corporate FP&A and operating finance, ideally spanning commercial, product, supply chain, and functional finance environments.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives, challenge assumptions constructively, and bring clarity to complex trade-offs in a matrixed, international organization.
  • Demonstrated success driving finance modernization, including analytics uplift, digitization, automation, process redesign, reporting frameworks, and scalable operating models.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling financial narratives for the CFO, CEO, ELT, and Board-level audiences.
