Has positioned us as leaders in the field, driving global change towards a greener future.About the roleWe are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Specialist (fixed term) to cover a maternity leave , with the possibility of extension. This role focuses on product communication, event and webinar coordination, and ongoing customer engagement, while supporting Sales and Product teams with effective marketing execution.Core responsibilitiesCreate and manage product-related content and communications, including written and visual contentPlan, coordinate, and execute events, including promotion, and follow-up with Sales teamCoordinate webinars, including communication, scheduling, and internal alignmentMaintain and develop partnerships (non-profit organisations, customers and partners)Manage and maintain social media communications across relevant platforms (Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook)Supporting activitiesDrive customer engagement and re-activation initiativesSupport Sales and Product teams with campaigns, materials, and messagingManage and optimize nurture flowsUse data and insights to monitor performance and improve marketing activitiesMandatory RequirementsProven experience in product content creation and marketing communicationsVideo editing skills, with experience creating short-form and/or promotional contentStrong social media skills, including content planning, posting, and engagementHands-on experience with event coordinationStrong data and analytical skillsMinimum 3 years of marketing experience, however recent graduate with relevant marketing experience is welcomeExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesMust be able to come to our office in Geel (atleast 2x a week)Nice to Have / Nice to KnowKnowledge of SEO and website management (CMS experience)Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google AdsFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM toolsExperience working with partnerships or external stakeholdersWhat we offerImpactful Work: Help build products that are directly contributing to the future of solar energy and sustainability.Collaborative Environment: Work in a team-focused culture where innovation, learning, and growth are at the forefront.Mission-Driven, High-Growth Environment: Join a fast-growing company with a clear mission - accelerating the global transition to renewable energy.
