We are currently recruiting a Residential Real Estate Agent (IPI/BIV accredited), with experience in the new build/off plan sales This group stands out for its quality based portfolio and an environment where teamwork go hand in hand on a daily basis.
Joining this house means taking part in an ambitious challenge in the Brussels area (while the company is based in Flanders).

Your missions and responsibilities ?
- Take care of and develop a portfolio of residential properties in the Brussels region and surroundings.
- Provide tailor-made support to a demanding, both local and international clientele.
- Embody the prestige of the brand through a polished image, refined communication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
- Work hand-in-hand with headquarters to create powerful synergies, ensuring maximum exposure and desirability for every property.
The perfect profile ?
- Higher education in real estate (BIV/IPI certified mandatory)
- Proven experience in new build residential sales and at least 3 years of experience in a similar function/field.
- Fluent in french and dutch, with a good command of english being a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, natural ease in building relationships, and the ability to inspire trust.
- Excellent knowledge of the Brussels real estate market and strong local network.
