This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, medium-sized environment and is dedicated about building an integrated IT ecosystem, driving digitalisation and leveraging data to create business value. You will be responsible for designing and implementing our future-fit IT-Infrastructure that supports scalability, business goals and user experience.Your ResponsibilitiesIT ArchitectureMaintain a modern, secure, and scalable IT infrastructureEnsure seamless integration between cloud services, on-premise systems, and third-party platformsStandardize IT practices and documentation to support future scalabilityIT Ecosystem DevelopmentDesign and implement a cohesive IT ecosystem that integrates amfori core systems with external systems and integration points, enhance productivity, customer experience, and operational agility Ensure IT Security, Compliance and quality assuranceData ManagementEstablish data governance policies and ensure data quality, accessibility, and compliance Promote a data-driven culture by further enabling self-service analytics and business intelligenceAI & AutomationCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement AI/ML solutionsIT Vendor Management Ensure that external vendors deliver value, meet performance expectationsDevelop Vendor Strategy, and lead vendor selection process and contract negotiationsLeadership & CollaborationAlign and define IT strategy with business strategy and goalsManage a small internal IT team and coordinate with external vendors and consultantsFoster talent development and growth of the IT Team, provide mentoring and empowerment Professionalize internal IT service and establish knowledge sharing cultureProvide hands-on support and training to staff if neededYour profileBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master is a plus)5+ years of experience in IT roles, ideally within an SME or fast-growing companyProven experience in IT Architecture, systems integration, cloud technologies, IT management Familiarity with platforms, data analytics platforms, data management and AI/ML conceptsKnowledge of IT Security and Compliance standardsProject management, communication, and leadership skills Relevant certifications are a plus
