Process Manager - (Asset Management)Location: Ghent, BelgiumWorkload: Full-time (40h/week)Contract type: Onshore (T&M)Role OverviewOur client is enhancing their IT Asset Management capabilities and is looking for an experienced Process Manager to lead the analysis, optimization, and documentation of end-to-end asset management processes. This role will act as a bridge between IT and business teams, focusing on process maturity, automation, and standardization across IT operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse current IT Asset Management processes and guide stakeholders toward efficient, automated workflows.Facilitate and lead workshops with business and IT teams to capture requirements and align solutions.Design, document, and maintain process flows (Visio) and ensure traceability of decisions.Build and update process documentation in collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence).Coordinate with other IT Process Managers to ensure integration and standardization across IT operations (e.g., incident, change, request management).Conduct root cause analysis and define corrective actions to improve processes.Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement programs.Required Experience & Skills5+ years as a Process Manager, ideally with IT Asset Management experience.Strong analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills.Proven experience in process optimization, documentation, and implementation.Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.Process- and quality-driven, result-oriented, and able to work autonomously.Tools & EnvironmentJira, Confluence, Office 365Visio (mandatory)Nice to have: ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)LanguagesDutch: fluentEnglish: fluent
