Location: Brussels, Belgium
Work Model: Hybrid – minimum 2 days on-site per week
Start Date: 12 October 2026

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives covering Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management and HR Transformation.
The role combines strong project management, change management and HR expertise. You will partner closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders and employees to translate HR strategy into practical initiatives that improve performance, skills development, ways of working, role clarity and HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR projects, from scoping and business-case development through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, governance, resources, risks and success measures.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and provide regular progress reporting to HR leadership.
- Drive improvements to Performance Management processes, including performance frameworks, goal-setting, feedback mechanisms and development planning.
- Ensure alignment between performance management, talent development and organizational objectives.
- Lead HR Transformation initiatives and support new operating models and ways of working.
- Design and optimize HR governance, decision-making and collaboration models.
- Map, analyse and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and employee experience.
- Facilitate workshops for process redesign, future-state workflows and role clarification.
- Support sustainable implementation and adoption of new HR processes.
Required Profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience across HR Project Management, HR Transformation, Organizational Development and/or HR Consulting.
- Proven experience leading Learning & Development projects.
- Strong experience with Performance Management initiatives.
- Experience in HR process redesign, organizational effectiveness and change programmes.
- Ability to translate HR strategy into practical and impactful solutions.
- Strong project leadership and HR expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across functions.
- Strong communication, storytelling, coaching and workshop facilitation capabilities.
