Het bedrijf richt zich op het aanbieden van een professionele, moderne en klantgerichte werkomgeving, waarbij servicekwaliteit en beleving centraal staan voor zowel bedrijven als zelfstandigen.Functie-inhoudU bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van het centrum en het visitekaartje van onze klantU staat in voor het fysieke en telefonische onthaal van klanten en bezoekersU beheert de reservaties van vergaderzalen en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolgingU ondersteunt klanten bij het gebruik van de faciliteiten, IT-materiaal en dienstenU behandelt inkomende en uitgaande post, pakketten en leveringenU draagt bij aan de animatie van het centrum door mee te werken aan de organisatie van evenementenU waakt over de netheid en het goede functioneren van de gemeenschappelijke ruimtesU controleert en volgt het gebruik en de bevoorrading van het materiaal opU verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van het centrum, waaronder facturatie, bestellingen en stockbeheerProfileMinstens 1 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in hospitality, coworking, retail of klantgerichte dienstverleningZeer goede presentatie en sterke klantgerichtheidDynamisch, polyvalent en oplossingsgericht ingesteldZelfstandig kunnen werken en tegelijk een echte teamspelerUitstekende kennis van het Nederlands (vereist)Goede kennis van het Engels; kennis van het Frans is een plusVlot in het gebruik van administratieve en IT-toolsPakketVast contract van onbepaalde duurVoltijdse tewerkstelling (38 uur per week)Kantooruren van maandag tot vrijdag (geen avonden of weekends)Moderne en professionele werkomgeving met focus op klantenserviceAantrekkelijk salarispakket aangevuld met extralegale voordelen
