Job RequirementsExperience5–8 years of experience in data center or enterprise IT infrastructure environments3+ years of hands-on experience with server provisioning, troubleshooting, and testing (HP, Dell, IBM)3+ years of experience in fiber cabling, testing, and troubleshooting using OTDR, LSPM, BER, OSA, MPO testing toolsProven experience with IMAC, break-fix, rack & stack, and circuit migration activitiesTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in Linux/CLI-based environmentsHands-on experience with:Fiber, copper, and power cabling (installation, testing, labeling, documentation)Network devices: switches, routers, firewalls, SAN, WAN, access pointsServers (physical & virtual), storage, backup, tape libraries, HCI platformsPower infrastructure: PDUs (up to 3KVA), UPS, grounding, HVAC coordinationKnowledge of TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, and domain environmentsExperience with diagnostics, power cycling, firmware checks, and component replacementFamiliarity with backup, recovery, and tape management processesUnderstanding of data center hardware architecture and L3 troubleshooting procedures
