A leading manufacturing company based in Mechelen is looking for an OT& IT Engineer - FMCG to accelerate the site's digital transformation. In this strategic role, the focus will be on translating operational needs into scalable digital solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability across production.In this role as OT& IT Engineer- FMCG, some of your responsibilities will include:Actively contribute to the site's digital evolution by turning operational needs into concrete actions based on clear data analysis.Encourage teamwork across departments to find opportunities for improvement and build more efficient, sustainable processes.Support the adoption of new digital tools through structured communication, training, and hands-on guidance.Promote a culture of continuous improvement by using key performance indicators to track progress over time.Stay ahead of industry trends and translate new technologies into useful, practical solutions for the production environment.About you:Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or has equivalent expertise gained through hands-on experience.Previous exposure to digital transformation or process enhancement (within a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage.
