You'll ensure optimal equipment performance, directly impacting healthcare quality and outcomes.What you'll doInstall, configure, and maintain advanced laboratory equipment at customer locations.Troubleshoot technical issues, both on-site and remotely, ensuring rapid and effective solutions.Provide proactive advice on preventive maintenance and system optimization.Deliver professional customer service and build long-term client relationships.Collaborate with colleagues across technical and support teams.Travel regionally and occasionally internationally for training and technical meetings.Requirements:You recently graduated (or will soon graduate) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Electromechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.You live around Wavre, Charleroi and Huy, and are flexible to assist in Brussels when needed.You're a hands-on problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, real-world environments.You're customer-oriented and enjoy direct interaction with healthcare professionals.You are fluent in French, have a good command of English (technical documentation and training), and are open to improving your Dutch if needed.Knowledge of IT/network infrastructure is a plus.You're open to working flexible hours and participating in an on-call rotation.You're eager to learn and grow within a supportive and innovative team.Are you ready to make a real difference in healthcare?Join our dynamic team and help drive innovation in cutting-edge laboratory and medical equipment.Apply now and let's make an impact togetherWant to learn more?
