Lots of responsibility. iGaming experience is a strong plus Full-timeStarcasino Group is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to support acquisition and growth across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Spain.We're not a big corporation.We're a small, fast, flat team where you get real ownership from the start.You'll have freedom to build, but that freedom comes with responsibility, accountability, and proactive execution.If you love performance marketing, thrive in data, and want to work across multiple brands and regulated markets, this role will suit you perfectly.What You'll DoRun and optimise acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, display, programmatic, affiliates)Manage performance for all Starcasino Group brands:Build and execute A/B tests, funnels, and continuous optimisation loopsAnalyse CPA, ROI, LTV, retention, and adjust fastWork closely with creative, content, and CRM teams to develop strong-performing assetsTrack competitors and market trends in BE/NL/ESEnsure full compliance with local regulationsManage budgets and take responsibility for resultsWho You Are3–5+ years of experience in performance marketingExperience in iGaming is a strong plus, but not mandatoryDeep experience with:Google AdsMeta AdsGoogle AnalyticsProgrammatic toolsAffiliate channelsAnalytical, detail-oriented, and proactiveA doer: you like to build, test, optimise, and improveComfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial, flat teamYou enjoy freedom but also take ownership and accountabilityStrong communication skills in English (NL/FR/ES is a bonus)What We OfferCompetitive salaryA flat, no-politics work environmentFreedom to build, experiment, and own your resultsImmediate impact on high-volume brandsFast decision-making, zero corporate layersModern tools & strong internal expertiseInterested?Send your English CV Tell us:What you've builtWhat you've optimisedWhat you're most proud of in performance marketing
