As a Key Account Manager Open Market, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the Belgian open market, including retailers, distributors and e-commerce players. You will play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening partnerships and ensuring successful product launches and in-store execution.Key Responsibilities• Manage and develop a portfolio of key open market accounts (retailers, distributors, e-commerce partners)• Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across assigned accounts• Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions and product listings• Ensure successful product launches and go-to-market execution• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain and sales operations teams to ensure optimal product availability and visibility• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and retail performance• Analyse sales data and KPIs to optimize account performance• Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers• Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM and internal toolsProfile & Requirements• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or similar commercial role• Proven experience in the consumer electronics, smartphone or telecom sector• Strong understanding of the Belgian open market retail landscape• Experience working with indirect sales channels and distribution partners• Strong negotiation and analytical skills• Results-driven mindset with a strong commercial acumen• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Fluent in English, French and Dutch is a strong advantage• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools
