Role - HR Officer

Location - Brussels, Belgium

Candidate will have between 4-8 years experience and speak either Dutch or French

  • The HRBP Office team requires external support to maintain service delivery due to workload demands and internal staffing considerations. The HRBP Office team consists of:
  • Senior HRBP
  • HRBP
  • HRBP Officer

Our client is looking for reinforcement to support HRBP Officer activities.

Key Responsibilities

The HRBP Officer will be responsible for:

  • Performing various actions in SAP SuccessFactors, including:
  • Creating new vacancies, positions, and job roles
  • Cleaning up vacant positions
  • Processing personnel changes and promotions
  • Creating new organisational structures
  • Other related administrative tasks
  • Preparing email communications related to Performance Management and creating distribution lists.
  • Monitoring and supporting the performance evaluation cycle, including:
  • Sending reminders to managers regarding evaluation scores
  • Following up on the creation of objectives
  • Sending surveys (for example, onboarding surveys for new employees), analysing results, and meeting employees when necessary to better understand feedback.
  • Updating and maintaining documentation on the Elia intranet and expanding documentation where relevant.
  • Organising and scheduling various meetings, including:
  • HRBP Office meetings
  • HRBP meetings
  • Follow-up meetings between HRBPs and people managers
  • Performance management meetings with management teams
  • Supporting Senior HRBPs and HRBPs with ad hoc requests, such as:
  • SAP SuccessFactors reporting
  • Retrieving job descriptions
  • Other administrative support
  • Assisting managers and employees with ad hoc questions, particularly regarding the use of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Identifying frequently asked questions and proposing more efficient ways of working through communication initiatives or process improvements.
  • Proactively identifying improvement opportunities, analysing them, and driving their implementation.

Additional Requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Has relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Is proficient with Microsoft tools, including:
  • MS Teams
  • Outlook
  • Excel
  • Word
  • PowerPoint
  • Works accurately and with attention to detail
  • Is solution-oriented
  • Is customer-focused
  • Has strong planning and organisational skills
  • Is flexible and able to adapt priorities when necessary
  • Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Is fluent in either French or Dutch, with at least passive knowledge of the other language

Employment Information

  • Location: Brussels
  • On-site requirement: Minimum of 2 days per week on-site by default
