We're Hiring: IT Functional Analyst (Expert) – Brussels, Belgium
Location: Brussels (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced IT Functional Analyst to join a major banking environment in Brussels. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into functional solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and Agile delivery practices.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Design and document end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and Development teams.
- Coordinate functional impacts across multiple applications and systems.
- Support development, testing, deployment, and production incident resolution.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
- Experience with functional analysis methodologies and enterprise standards.
- Solid understanding of complex IT systems and application landscapes.
- Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
