En tant que PMO, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination, le suivi et l'optimisation des projets stratégiques de l'entreprise. Vous serez le garant des bonnes pratiques en gestion de projet et veillerez à la cohérence des processus pour assurer la réussite des initiatives.Missions principalesAssurer le suivi et le reporting des projets (planning, budget, risques, indicateurs).Mettre en place et maintenir les outils et méthodologies de gestion de projet.Accompagner les chefs de projet dans l'application des standards et bonnes pratiques.Préparer et animer les comités de pilotage et réunions de suivi.Identifier les risques et proposer des plans d'action correctifs.Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus PMO.Profil recherchéFormation supérieure (Bac+3 à Bac+5) en gestion de projet, management ou équivalent.Expérience confirmée en PMO ou gestion de projet (minimum 3 ans).Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (Prince2, PMI,...)Excellentes compétences en organisation, communication et analyse.Anglais professionnel (oral et écrit).Ce que nous offronsUn environnement dynamique et innovant.Des projets stratégiques à fort impact.Opportunités de formation et d'évolution.
