Your MissionEnsure continuity within procurement operationsBring structure, clarity, and process discipline to procurement activitiesSupport compliance initiatives (incl. NIS2-related topics)Contribute to procurement reporting and KPI development️ What You'll DoOperational & Tactical ProcurementManage procurement dossiers across multiple categories and suppliersSupport supplier selection, negotiations, and contract managementExecute RFPs, RFQs & RFIsMonitor supplier performance and relationshipsProcesses & GovernanceDevelop practical procedures, templates & checklists Support governance and compliance initiativesEnsure knowledge transfer and documentationStakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders Translate business needs into market solutionsCommunicate professionally with suppliersReporting & KPIsSupport procurement reporting Help define procurement KPIs (spend, supplier performance, contract status) Who We're Looking ForProven experience as a Senior Buyer or interim procurement consultantStrong background in operational & tactical procurementHands-on, structured, and pragmaticAffinity with compliance environments (NIS2, ISO, audits = plus )Experience with procurement reporting & KPIsIndependent, proactive, and quickly deployableStrong stakeholder & supplier management skillsFluent in Dutch, French & English What We OfferAt Kronos by EPSA, you don't just take on a job – you build a career.
