Senior System AdministratorThe Senior System Administrator will be responsible for the end-to-end technical lifecycle of Genetec Security Center systems and related integrated technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure and maintain Genetec Security Center systems (video surveillance, access control, ANPR, intercom, etc.).Analyse customer technical requirements and contribute to the design of optimal system architectures.Commission and validate systems on-site, ensuring quality, stability and compliance with standards.Integrate Genetec solutions with third-party systems (IP cameras, intercoms, servers, controllers, alarm systems).Perform functional tests and validate technical configurations during commissioning.Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, resolving complex infrastructure or system incidents.Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for existing installations.Prepare complete technical documentation, including diagrams, network plans, test reports and procedures.Train end-users and support internal technicians with advanced technical knowledge.Collaborate with project teams, support engineers and sales departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.Technical RequirementsMust HaveExcellent knowledge of electronic security systems: video surveillance, access control, intercom, alarm solutions.Strong understanding of IP networking: switching, routing, VLAN, PoE, network segmentation, network security.Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, and virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).Proven experience with the configuration and integration of Genetec Security Center.Strong capability in diagnosing and resolving complex technical and infrastructure issues.Knowledge of relevant communication standards: TCP/IP, RTSP, ONVIF, SNMP.Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles in physical security environments.Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in English.Nice to HaveExperience with similar systems such as Milestone, Axis.Relevant technical certifications (Genetec, Axis, Milestone, Cisco, etc.).Knowledge of alarm systems, fire detection or physical access control systems.
