Heb je ervaring als Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Technical sales of Service Delivery Coordinator binnen het domein van Telecommunicatie/IT? Dan is dit een logische volgende stap.Een Service Delivery Manager/ Contract manager bij onze klant is verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van onderhoudsovereenkomsten met onze klanten.Je controleert of deze overeenkomsten aansluiten bij de behoeften en eisen van de klanten.Je houdt toezicht op deze contracten vanuit zowel financieel als contractueel oogpunt.Je hebt ook een commerciële instelling.Financieel beheer• Controle van facturering per contract• Controle van budgetten per contract.• Gedetailleerd kostenoverzicht per contract;• Coördineren van serviceoffertes voor tickets en activiteiten buiten het contractService Level Management• Gedetailleerde opvolging van alle administratieve parameters van een onderhoudscontract (met ondersteuning van een Service Delivery Officer)• Je zorgt voor een optimale dienstverlening aan klanten. Je controleert of alle SLA's en KPI's worden gehaald en zo niet, stel je interne actieplannen op.• Je neemt het initiatief om aan klanten te rapporteren en klantbijeenkomsten te organiseren met als doel de geleverde service te evalueren, maar ook om wijzigingsverzoeken te lanceren.• Je dient offerteaanvragen in bij Sales die voortvloeien uit Life Cycle Management.• Je bent de contactpersoon (intern & extern) voor escalaties.• Je volgt de noodzakelijke processen met betrekking tot Service Level Management en geeft advies over het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening.Wie ben jij?Je hebt een bachelor, master of ingenieursdiploma in IT, elektronica of telecom.Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.
