Je zorgt ervoor dat alles correct en tijdig verwerkt wordt voor je collega's.Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond lonen, afwezigheden, premies, ouderschapsverlof en andere HR-gerelateerde topics.Naast de operationele kant denk je ook mee op strategisch niveau: je analyseert processen, doet verbetervoorstellen en helpt mee om payroll nog efficiënter te maken.Je werkt langdurige projecten uit voor zowel KMO's als grote internationale spelers. Afwisseling genoeg dus.Profiel Jouw Profiel als Senior Payroll ConsultantJe hebt een sterke interesse in payroll én minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
