Keep readingYour RoleIn this role, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, structure, and compliance of our financial and administrative processes. You act as a key point of reference for accounting-related matters and combine hands-on execution with a critical eye for improvement. You work closely with internal stakeholders and maintain professional contact with customers and suppliers.Your ResponsibilitiesIndependently book purchase and sales invoices.Ensure correct analytical coding and reconciliation of accounts.Prepare, verify, and validate customer quotes, including pricing structures and product configurations.Create customer invoices, actively follow up on outstanding payments, and manage reminders.Maintain and safeguard data quality in Odoo (customer data, product lists, price agreements).Prepare and analyze monthly reports such as outstanding receivables, invoicing status, and cash flow overviews.Act as a reliable accounting partner for internal colleagues and external advisors (e.g. accountant, auditor).Who You AreYou hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy-Taxation, Business Management, or a related field.You have at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience in Belgium, with solid knowledge of Belgian accounting and VAT legislation.You are able to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.You are precise, critical, and highly structured in your work.You communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.You are digitally savvy and have experience working in ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a strong asset).You feel comfortable in a growing, dynamic environment and are willing to improve processes where needed.What We OfferYou receive a competitive salary that matches your experience and commitment.We provide meal vouchers for extra daily benefits.You get a mobility budget to make commuting easier.We organize regular team events and celebrations, because we value fun at work.As a growing company, we will offer even more benefits in the future.You'll work in a dynamic environment with short communication lines and a warm team where your contribution truly matters.
