FEBELGRA vzw is de sectorfederatie van de Belgische grafische industrie. We vertegenwoordigen ondernemingen in de printsector, prepress- en afwerkingsindustrie. Onze missie: de belangen van de sector verdedigen, advies geven op sociaal, economisch, fiscaal en milieuvlak, én leden ondersteunen met informatie, een service center en kansen om te netwerken.Omwille van vervanging zoeken we een Marketing & Communication Manager die onze kerntaken mee helpt waarmaken en zo het verschil maakt voor onze leden.Jouw uitdagingSamen met je collega ben je verantwoordelijk voor marketing, events en externe communicatie.Je hebt een passie voor het creatief plannen en organiseren van netwerkevents en seminaries. Je werkt hiervoor jaarplannen uit. Je maakt deel uit van het redactieteam van First Impression, ons maandelijkse magazine. Deze functie omvat een belangrijk uitgavenbudget dat met de nodige zorg moet worden beheerd. Dat schrikt jou niet af.Je toont spontaan interesse in brede sociaal-economische thema's die belangrijk zijn voor de grafische sector. Je staat voortdurend in contact met leden, partners en leveranciers en zet steeds de dienstverlening aan onze leden centraal.Na een grondige introductie in onze boeiende sector coördineer je een bestaande MarCom-campagne om de grafische industrie te promoten: De Indrukmakers. Je rapporteert aan de General Manager van Febelgra. Ben jij onze Febelgra-ambassadeur (m/v/x) ? Je hebt minstens een bachelor in communicatiewetenschappen, marketing of event- en projectmanagement. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie of bent klaar voor de volgende stap. Je hebt bewezen marketing skills.Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit.Je voelt affiniteit met de printmedia en bent overtuigd van de kracht van print. Je levert kwaliteitsvol werk en biedt leden een persoonlijke service.Je bent vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign) en Sociale Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)Je hebt een can do-attitude en occasioneel avondwerk schrikt je niet af.Je bent Nederlandstalig met een vlotte kennis van het Frans, of tweetalig NL/FR.
