**Description of the function**
- Projects' administrative and financial management
- Follow-up and quality control of EU and other funded projects
- Operational backstopping activities
- Management of service providers
- Front-line IT support for the office.
**Profile description**
- Commercial understanding regarding the market, competition, and practices.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative, to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Full proficiency in written and spoken English and French, fluency in another EU language is an asset.
- Strong IT skills - MS Teams, Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills - Ability to interact and motivate people
- Strong organisational skills
- Proactive and problem solving oriented
