Backed by 30+ years of expertise through Equip by Job&Talent, we are now scaling our Job&Talent App to transform how large accounts manage their workforce — across Wallonia and Flanders.About the RoleWe're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and accelerate growth in Belgium. You'll be responsible for driving new client acquisition and nurturing existing partnerships, building the foundation for Job&Talent's continued success in the region.ResponsibilitiesLead the sales strategy and execution across Belgium, focusing on enterprise and mid-market clients.Position the Job&Talent App as the #1 solution for digital staffing — driving efficiency, scalability, and data-driven workforce management.Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic prospects and key accounts.Collaborate closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.Coach, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to reach ambitious targets.QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in staffing, HR tech, or service industries.Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate with enterprise clients.Fluent in French and Dutch, with a solid command of English.A natural leader and motivator, capable of developing teams and driving performance.Entrepreneurial mindset — data-driven, proactive, and passionate about digital transformation.Required SkillsProven experience in B2B sales or business development.Strong commercial acumen.Fluent in French and Dutch.Leadership and motivational skills.Entrepreneurial mindset.Preferred SkillsExperience in staffing, HR tech, or service industries.Ability to negotiate with enterprise clients.Solid command of English.Pay range and compensation packageWe offer a competitive compensation package, performance bonus, mobility budget or company car, group & health insurance, and the opportunity to join a global scale-up with massive ambitions.Equal Opportunity StatementReady to take on the challenge?
