Wie is EMPWR? Een beetje geschiedenis...EMPWR, met HQ in Gent, ontstond in 2019 als een afsplitsing van het succesvolle Aminolabs om de groei van proteïnebars en poeders afzonderlijk te stimuleren. Sindsdien focust EMPWR zich volledig op de productie en verkoop van proteïnerepen. De omzet groeide van €50 miljoen in 2019 naar bijna €500 miljoen in 2024. Vandaag bestaan er productiefaciliteiten in Kroatië, de VS, Canada en Nederland. Sinds oktober 2023 is EMPWR Europees marktleider.Recent behaalde IT milestonesEnkele belangrijke milestones zijn nu achter de rug waaronder een succesvolle go live in december 2023 van een nieuw SAP-template in Kroatië, uitrol van het nieuwe template in juni 2024 in Nederland en een succesvolle uitrol in de US in januari 2025.Projecten voor de komende jaren waar je aan zal meewerkenBouw van 'fully automated' magazijnen in Kroatië, Canada en de US;Migratie van SAP WM naar SAP EWM als onderdeel van de S4 transformatie;Automatiseren van inbound en outbound processen met leveranciers en klanten;MES uitrollen en integreren met SAP;S4H Transformatie.Waar kom je terecht als SAP EWM Product OwnerHet SAP team bij EMPWR is vandaag 5 interne mensen sterk in Gent (met extra aanwervingen op de planning), 1 in NL en 1 in VS, en wordt ondersteund door verschillende freelancers. Het SAP team in Gent wordt bijgestaan door een offshore partner die development en configuratie voor hun rekening nemen. Integraties wordt gecoverd door Delaware. EMPWR is op zoek naar een SAP EWM Product Owner die zal rapporteren aan de Director of SAP en die zich zal ontfermen over de SAP EWM module.Takenpakket bij deze positieJe bent verantwoordelijk voor de module SAP EWM en de migratie naar S4H.Je doet analyse bij de business, schrijft de functionele designs/requirements en bepaalt de future proof architectuur van SAP EWM.Je doet projectwerk (nieuwe roll outs, implementaties, optimalisaties...) en levert support.Configuraties worden doorgaans uitbesteed. Krijg jij energie van configureren? Dan kan je dit gerust zelf doen.Je leidt workshops en trainingen en bevordert de algemene SAP kennis van de gebruikers.Welke skills en eigenschappen breng je mee naar de tafel...Projectervaring met idealiter enkele projecten op het palmares van A tot Z.4-7 jaren configuratie ervaring in SAP EWM, liefst zowel inbound als outbound.Ervaring met SAP SD/PP/QM is een plus, zeker de integraties.Je bent communicatief, pro-actief en kan prioriteiten stellen.Waarom EMPWR?Je geniet een zeer mooi financieel pakket met bedrijfswagen en 2 dagen home office per week.EMPWR groeit razendsnel en is Europees marktleider in de productie van proteïnebars met wereldwijde ambities.Je werkt in een dynamische en internationale omgeving en geniet veel autonomie.
